I absolutely loved the latest ep of Supernatural. It was funny and scary and Sam (and Jared) was gorgeous, Dean was the typical big brother in full-on big brother teasing mode. There was fantastic continuity and call backs to eps from the past, Houses Of The Holy and Everybody Loves Clowns. One of my favourites was Sam's little snort when Dean mentioned Leprecauns. Sam did fight and defeat one in Clap Your Hands from last season. And we found out more about Sam's childhood.  And they got each other presents at the end!!!! And Dean laughed and teased Sam (the ball-washer exchange was just priceless) and Sam laughed right along with him. One of the best brother moments since their gift giving at the end of Supernatural Christmas.

Doesn't get any better than this or at least so I thought til I saw this on my flist.

Hi *waves* I just randomly stumbled upon your journal - i don't know how lol either going through a friends friend list or a comment in a fic (no i'm not procrastinating with my assignments *shifty eyes*) - but i just wanted to say i agree with what you said about this episode: Awesome and i loved the bro moments. And of course i've realized you're a Sam!girl like me (although i love Dean as well -just not as much as Sammy) so er....Hi lol.

Thanks for the comments. I was just so tingly and full of love for PPMM that I just had to shout it out for all to hear. It's probably my fav episode so far this season, right up there with Hello Cruel World. That one with so much gorgeous Sam angst and juicy Sam/Lucifer interaction will take some beating. I'm simply hanging out for MP to return to the show whilst trying to stay as spoiler-free as possible.

And I do love Dean (& Jensen) just not as much as I absolutely adore Sam & Jared. He captured my heart the first second I saw him in the pilot and hasn't let go since. I've loved everything I've seen Jared in and though I'll be devastated when SPN finally ends (hopefully in many, many years) it'll be wonderful to see Jared get to play other roles and stretch his acting wings even further.
Sorry to ramble but I can talk about SPN and Jared/Sam all day long.
I'm trying to post more here, esp since I'm in the middle of writing my first SPN big bang, so thanks heaps for stumbling in and taking the time to comment. Always love to hear from fellow addicts... ahhh fans and Sam girls are my favourite flavour.

Oh i know it was a great episode, although not my favourite,(but probably in my top 5) my favourite is between hello cruel world, slash fiction and deaths door.

Yes i too love Dean (& Jensen) as well, as i can't imagine watching Supernatural and hating one of the brothers. Disagreeing sometimes with their actions - yeah sure - but hating one of the main characters makes me go (http://s1116.photobucket.com/albums/k576/20Elsewhere91/?action=view&current=Dean-What.gif) - but their loss.

But yes i just love Sam that tiny bit more than Dean for a number of reasons and joining the fandom made my love grow for him even more (especially when sam gets the brunt of hate which makes me side eye the fandom. seriously.)I agree i can talk about Supernatural all day long. Hee.

Thank you, i love this icon as well, i love that scene in 7.02 so so much with Dean cleaning and re-bandaging sam's wound with Lucifer's running commentary. Love.

Don't get me started on my dislike for certain members of fandom who feel they have tear down and insult/ridicule Sam & Jared because they feel he takes scenes and plotlines and screen-time away from Dean & Jensen. I've learnt the hard way to be very wary of where I go on LJ and tend to keep to either bi-bro or Sam-friendly places. I did post a rant here a few posts ago which was very theraputic trying to defend Sam and his right to an equal share of the storyline and interaction with characters other than Dean and the fact that there are, and always, has been 2 lead actors on SPN.

Thanks for the kind words re my big bang. It's turning out great so far and I'm having no problem getting it to the minimum length of 20,000. Seemed such a tough challenge when I started writing, but the words and scenes are flowing very easily now.

Yes, one of my all-time fav Sam/Dean brother scenes. And Sam looked so peaceful when asleep. Poor baby, just wanna wrap my arms around him, give him a huge hug and never let him go.

Oh i know. I only joined fandom...last august i think. I've been a fan of the show since season 1 (my first episode was "bugs" lol i skipped a few after that and then watched "faith" and fell in love with show.)I had been lurking for a bit and grasped a bit of hate but not much...but wow, i didn't know how intense and shocking some of the fans acted towards Sam. It just saddens me...but their loss for not trying to understand a complex awesome character.

I didn't know how much people loved Castiel as well (i'm not Castiels biggest fan - i don't hate the character but he's...meh.)But yeah i've stumbled upon some places and sites and i've learnt my lesson with fandom, it's just unnecessary stress when all i want to do is enjoy show and have awesome discussions about show, that's why i just read fic, read my friends pages etc.

that's awesome that you're doing well with your big bang - i thought about doing a big bang but i haven't written any fic...yet. Maybe next year lol. I'm sure the fic will be great.
