FIRSTS
First real memory of something: Standing in my crib watching my Nana (was probably less than a year old as I remember having to hold on the bars to stand up.)
First Best Friend: Josephine, met on our first day at primary school.
First real kiss: Bradford Jones outside of my grade 4 class. He was kinda cute but OMG!!!! boy germs!!!
First Job: Checkout chick at coles supermarket
First screen name: vyperfox ( I think, was a bloody long time ago!!)
First self-purchased album: first cassette was Racey's "Smash and Grab"
First funeral: Kirsty, a neighbour a couple of houses away. Sweet little girl who died of cancer at 9 or 10 years old.
First pets: Family: Shelleighleigh (dog) Mine: Scully (dog)
First piercing/tattoo: ears at 18 for the worst reason-- my boyfriend wanted to buy me nice ear-rings. Hurt like bloody hell, we broke up a few months later, I took them out and let the holes heal over. Got them pierced again as a gift to my 40 year old self.
First credit card: Disaster
First enemy: Karen, was seeing my boyfriend (ear-piercing dude) behind my back.
First big trip: Interstate: Victoria in 1984 for a school skiiing trip Overseas: LA in 2008 for a Farscape con.
First play/musical/performance: probably some essembly dance performance in primary school
First musician you remember hearing in your house: Either Glen Campbell or John Denver (parents big fans of both)
LASTS
Last cigarette: is also the first and only one (can just one puff count cos that's all I managed before throwing up) way back in 1988
Last big car ride: March '15 to Kalgoorlie (1200 km round trip)
Last kiss: on the cheek by a cousin at my aunt's funeral a few weeks ago
Last good cry: last Saturday while writing the ending to a fic
Last library book checked out: no idea. Been well over a decade perhaps two since I borrowed from a library
Last movie seen: Logan
Last food consumed: Crispy mint M&M's
Last phone call made: to a client at work to collect a delivery
Last TV show watched: Supernatural and Sons of Anarchy
Last time showered: Yesterday morning before work
Last shoes worn: Sneakers/runners (my usual work shoes)

Last ice cream eaten: Choc Chip Mint

Apr. 7th, 2017 07:04 amI'll be staying here as I have a paid account for the next year or so. Plus, I love my LJ too much and can't bare the thought of leaving.
I do have a DW as vyperdd and will be taking time this weekend to find y'all over there and to make it a bit more pretty.
I'll be using DW mainly as a back-up. My main issue is that none of my pics, or twitter embeds show up there and I don't know if I have the energy and patience to go and re-upload/recode each and every post. If anyone knows of an easy way of doing this, then please let me know!!

Apr. 7th, 2017 05:33 amI love any glimpses we get of Jared being just a regular guy at home, away from the show and set, cons and fans. This is one of my favourites. Comfy socks, feet up and a nice glass of wine. Oh yeah, and only 1 layer too!!!! :-)

Am writing the ending of my spnspringfling fic first because it is all in my head right now and it is beyond anything I thought I could ever imagine or ever be good enough to write and it's coming out perfectly, better than what I see in my head (and that almost NEVER happens-- it's usually brilliant in my mind and shit on the screen) and I have tears streaming down my face. I'm crying!!! I can't believe I'm crying. I rarely cry when reading fics and NEVER when writing them but I AM CRYING!!!!!

Mar. 30th, 2017 09:39 pmFor the first time ever, I asked for another assignment and couldn't be happier with the new prompts. I'm actually incorporating elements from all of them as they all have a similar tone.
I have written the first couple of lines and have heaps of other snippets and bits of dialogue and images both in my head and as notes on my phone. I have a sort of rough idea of what I want to write, just waiting for the details to present themselves. I even know how I want it to end but have a feeling that the characters might not co-operate.

Jared and Gen have been teasing us for a couple of weeks now with the most gorgeous photos of them with Thomas and Shep and today they finally announced the arrival of their precious little girl, Odette Elliott Padalecki, born 17th March, 2017.
