Missed posting yesterday. It's been hotter than hell here the last few days with even worse humidity which has just sucked all the energy out of me.  Pretty much got home from work, watched the ep and then fell asleep.

Really liked the episode, loved that Sam was just as gorgeous and BAMF as that promo pic promised.

My favourite scene was Sam's reaction to seeing the Colt again after so long. Jared was superb thoughout the whole episode, especially in his scenes with Mary but my GOD!!! he blew me away when seeing and handling the Colt.




I love how he picked up the Colt, with such care, almost awe.



And the way he teared up. Just wow!! Jared has said at multiple cons that he never chooses whether Sam cries during a scene or not. It either happens or it doesn't. Love that it happened in this scene.



And he only gets more upset after Mary's reveal that she stole it.




He's on the verge of breaking down but finds the strength to pull himself together and focus on the problem at hand and the reason he's still hunting: Saving People!

Jared has been NAILING all the interactions with Mary in the last few episodes--the hurt, the trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, what the BMoL did to him--all of it without words...

Our boys should win all the acting awards!!!

I totally agree. It's amazing how quickly he can go from so happy when Mary visits to utter devastation every time she leaves and/or lets him down. It's so heartbreakingly real.
