Well that was enjoyable.

Always great to see Jodie Mills. Liked the way it tied back to Alex's past history and even Claire didn't annoy me too much.

So glad they are letting Sam interact with more of the cast than just Dean and Cas. He's got so much wisdom and valuable life experience to share but way too often he gets sent offscreen. Nice to see this is slowly changing. May it continue for all the remaining eps.

Fav part was my gorgeous BAMF!Sam, taking on vamps and beating the crap out of 'em. Even though he did initially get knocked down (but thankfully NOT out-- yay \o/ Sammy!!!) he kept fighting back, got the upper hand and won!! Way to go, Sam!!!

Also loved watching Sam and Dean eating dinner at Jodie's. But wow the way they were wolfing it down, you'd think they hadn't eaten in a week.

And Sam taking home leftovers!!! " Ribs!!! And two tubs of sauce cos you ain't touching mine." Love ya, Sammy!!

And I'm with Sam on rejecting the 'Elvis'. That thing looked gross but of course it's just what Dean loves to eat. Wonder why he didn't get 2? Had he already eaten his??? OR was he planning on sharing it with Sam??

It is a welcome change to see Sam interacting with folks, because he's still better than Dean is at it. (Dean's totally tough love.) I feel like we used to get a lot of that in the early seasons until they broke it with the 'Ruby leading Sam astray' story line.

I think, I'm not sure, but I think he brought the Elvis for Sam? Who rightfully rejected it as the heart attack onna plate it was. :)

Lol, Dean forgot his manners. He actually talked with a mouth full of food. It was a good episode. Now I would not mind having Sam as *my* therapist. :P

Dean probably ate his one already ;) Far too excited for it. I wan't overly into the episode other than all the scenes with boys. I'm not a fan of Alex and Claire.

I want to say there was still a bag on the table after Dean threw the other away and presented the Elvis- so I thought he bought them both one? Either way, funny scene. It was a fun episode. :)

I was just about to say that. He had two bags. And even abort-pointed at the other one when Sam told him to enjoy it aka rejected it in a "but there is ..." move.

I too really enjoyed this episode (and it kind of surprised me!) I enjoyed the writing, especially for the girls. I think it would have been easy to travel down the 'big hugs, all is forgiven and fixed now route', but no, it was done subtly with looks and hidden meaning, and what was unsaid. I really appreciated that.

I adored that dinner table scene - it was hilarious, and made of gold! (those faces killed me!!) And yes, it was nice to see interact with a character too, it's not often we see that, and I really enjoyed it.
