Have only seen it once so far but plan on watching it lots more. It's my fav of the season so far.

I think my fav scene was Sam singing!!!!! Jared really does have a beautiful voice. And Dean getting him to sing more was wonderful. Reminded me of 3x16 and them singing Bon Jovi. How happy and relaxed they both were. More bro moments like that and I'll be in heaven.

Also loved the smoothie/beer scene. These boys can 'say' so much without saying much at all.

And the BM scene with Sam in the back seat and the boys just talking and telling each other stuff was fantastic. This is what I love so much about the Show and what I want to see so much more of.

and holy f*uck. I almost screamed out loud when Matt Cohen came on screen. Was on plane then so had to put my hand over my mouth but OMG that was simply brilliant. Was completely unspoiled that he was coming back but loved his scene with Sam. And Sam's looks of major WTF???? were great too. But we still don't know who or what is sending Sam the visions. Jared said we would find out pretty quickly so I'm hoping we don't have to wait much longer.

Wonder if they would have used JDM if he'd been available so we'd have seen the John Sam remembered and grew up with. But loved seeing Matt so have no complaints there.

Bet Matt is relieved that he can now talk about it. Must have been hard keeping that secret for ages and through quite a few cons, so Bravo Matt!!!!

And thanks to the production team and Matt for NOT putting his name in the opening credits. Even though he was in the 'previously" it was a scene with the Impala so I didn't get even a hint that he would be in the ep. Well done, guys!!!

Wish Dean hadn't been so dismissive of what Sam is thinking the visions are. He seems to think it's all in Sam's head, a by-product of being infected. No wonder Sam is reluctant to tell Dean stuff if he knows he's just going to get shit for it. But glad that Sam finally told Dean about that and the praying too.

What the hell?? Giving us a much longed-for car washing scene-- thumbs up!!! Not showing Dean apparently wearing short shorts (Not really showing much of either of the boys actually) major thumbs down. But I guess we did get glimpses of Dean in a black t. But how dare you tease us so much and then not follow through. Though we did get more shirtless Sam flashbacks (even if he was being tortured at the time) so thanks :-)

Loved the scene with Piper when Dean came back and that Sam finally got some lovin' but why didn't we see Sam in the backseat with her??? Would have been funny to see Sam having to contort just to fit in there.

The 2nd half was a little Sam-lite for my tastes. I really thought we'd see Sam and Dean together for the whole ep but always love seeing Dean get beat up and all his fights with the MOTW were amazing so I guess I can't complain too much. Loved him using the windscreen wiper to get rid of the head. Oh what the hell!!! Of course I wanna complain!!! I want my Sammy damn it and lots of him.

Oh and for the star of the ep!!! Poor, poor Baby. She certainly got the crap beaten out of her. Hope both the boys are giving her lots of TLC and fixing all the bumps and dents and shot-out windows.

It was as I love Jared's voice but dammit!!!! We should have gotten some shirtlessSammy. It's been way too long.... and no I don't count the torture flashbacks we've seen as proper full-on shirtlessSam scenes. Not that I'm not enjoying those I because I do like them a lot.

I don't know how you feel about spoilers so I won't tell you something I read in an interview about that scene with John, not unless you tell me it's okay.

I was also mad at them for what they did with the car wash scene. They knew we've been wanting a soaking wet, scantily clad Winchesters car wash scene and we hardly get to see a thing. Humph! >:(

However, the fight scenes were really cool. I LOLed at the scene with the monster head growling on the hood of the car and what Dean did to dump it on the ground, and then later when the woman found the head in the cooler. All very funny!

Oh, another scene I had a problem with was the valet taking Baby for a joyride. Does she think people won't notice the missing gas? Whatever, I just had some believability issues with that.

Overall, though, really great episode!

Does the spoiler involve something in an future episode??? Or only from 11x04?? If future, then I'd prefer to remain spoiler-free but damn you got me curious. Maybe give me the link to the interview if it's not too spoilery apart from the John bit.

I thought for sure Dean would have seen the valet doing a burn-out in the parking lot but maybe the boys headed straight inside, so yeah had a problem with that scene as well but it didn't in anyway detract from how much I loved the ep.

The spoiler would involve future episodes, yes. Telling you this shouldn't spoil anything - yeah, they wanted JDM to play John in the dream, but I guess they couldn't work it out.

I'm still a bit shell-shocked and unable to articulate my feelings about how much I loved this episode! All of it, everything single scene - It was made of awesome!!! I mean the boys actually had a conversation...about feelings, and there was smiling and happiness and brotherhood and family and humour!!!! \o/

I felt pretty much the same after my first viewing. On my second I just had a huge grin for the entire ep. It was just sheer perfection, definitely in my top 10 if not top #5 eps of all time.

And we got a long, long awaited for proper SamnDean bitch/jerk moment. That was the other time I nearly squeeled out loud. Let's hope we don't have to wait another 7 seasons to get another one.

Once every year SPN manages an episode that spans the entire fandom, that pulls all teams together and makes us all go gaga with squee and love! This year Baby's the ep and it'll go down in history as one of the most perfect showings :D

It was such a heartwarming episode, right? It brought back the joy of Supernatural which unfortunately I was doubting to feel again after the previous episodes. I guess they were planning to hit us hard with this one and that was why brother moments were scarce in the first 3 episodes of the season. Tricksy showrunners! I bet they were smirking and paddling themselves in the back looking at the reaction this episode got.

All my f-list and most of the people I'm following in tumblr are wincest oriented (excuse my language) and it's no surprise my dash and inbox is filled with love, love, love after the episode. However, I really do wonder what's the reaction from the other parts of the fandom. Do you have any idea?

I've loved all the eps this season so far but Baby is just so far above all of them it's out of the stratosphere. Any ep this season that comes even close will have to be bloody brilliant.

Hey I'm a hard-core Wincester but only in fanfic and my own twisted, perverted and kink-filled fantasies. I know we will never see Sam and Dean kiss (or do anything else that Wincsesters dream and write about) and I'm more than happy with that.

If you are referring to the Cas fans and Destiel parts, then I really have no idea as I don't venture into that area of fandom if I can avoid it. I have nothing against Destiel. I'm a Ship and let Ship and Your Ship is Not My Ship kinda gal but some of the more rabid and downright rude members of that ship get on my nerves for the way they harass THTB, writers and even other cast into agreeing that not only should Dean/Cas be cannon but that it IS canon.

The second half was alittle Sam lite, but I figured that was almost inevitable in the way that Baby is and always has been Dean's, and if eveything was filmed from the car, and if Dean always drives.. I think they did pretty well in building a forward moving, exciting, case-complex storyline around that kind of constriction. And that loooooong bro moment in the car helped me forgive the writers for that.

Yeah that's how I rationalised it too. However, I think it would have been really interesting to see Sam driving Baby either with Dean in the car or alone. Does he change to radio station or put on music more to his taste. Does he quote back Dean's phrase of Driver Picks The Music, Shotgun Shuts His Cakehole when Dean complains??? with an epic Bitch face or cheeky smirk??? and turn the music up even louder. Does he try to plug in his Ipod jack??? and as Dean calls it 'douche' her up???

I guess I just want as much Sam as I can get, in every scene if that's possible. It's one reason why Mystery Spot is still my #1 episode. It's bursting to overfull almost with Sam from start to finish.
