Thank you for the links! Boo at the tribute being missing though, that's what I was upset at being cut out first time around :( Copyright means that they aren't ever going to release it then?

Amy spoke about it. Apparently it's just Richard clips from the show, so if you've seen the eps then you aren't really missing anything.

But, yeah it would have been nice to have it included and perhaps seen the reactions of the cast who were there. Sure there were plenty of tears.
